Kespry Cloud: Report Workspace

The Report Workspace in Kespry Cloud is a quick, concise way to pull volume and movement summaries of your sites. 

There are 3 reports available in Kespry Cloud: Volume Report, Inventory Report, Cut Fill Report. See details and instructions on how to use each report below.
 
Cut Fill Report (PPK/RTK Missions Only)
The Cut Fill Report is used to compare the cut & fill volumes of 2 missions and/or a Design Surface across a singles site. 

  1. Navigate to the Report Workspace in Kespry Cloud.

  2. Select Cut Fill Report.

  3. Select the site you want to evaluate.

  4. Select the first mission or Design Surface you would like to compare.

  5. Select the second mission you would like to compare.

  6. Click Next in the top right corner.

  7. A Cut Fill Report will generate comparing the two surfaces you selected. You have the ability to customize the printing size on the left and create a PDF by selecting Generate Report.

 Volume Report
The Volume Report is used to detail inventory volumes on a single mission. 

  1.  Navigate to the Report Workspace in Kespry Cloud.

  2. Select Volume Report.

  3. Select the site and mission of interest. You can search to narrow down your list of sites, filter the dates or just scroll to find it. Press Next to continue.

  4. A Volume Report will generate to show an overall visual of your site and have the default settings of Pile #, Pile Name, Cut Volume, Density, Mass & Description. 

  5. Your pile numbers will stay consistent mission to mission when you use the Copy Polygon feature. If you choose to draw new piles for every mission, your pile numbers will vary from mission to mission.

  6. You can customize what you see in the report by using the Customize Report bar to the left of your screen. To download the Volume Report, select the File Type you want to download under Customize Report, and then click Generate Report and download the file.

  7. If you need to edit or view your pile prior to downloading your report, you have the ability to select the pile name within the report and be redirected to the Measure Workspace

Inventory Report
The Inventory Report is used for a detailed overview of all materials located across any number of sites and dates. This report can only be used when and if your inventory is set up using the Manage Inventory Workspace.

  1. Navigate to the Report Workspace in Kespry Cloud.

  2. Select Inventory Report.

  3. Select the site and mission of interest. You can search to narrow down your list of sites and also filter the dates.

  4. Continue adding missions of all the missions you would like to summarize the inventory of. 

  5. Select Next.

  6. On the report preview, you can select the columns for your report. You can select Pile #, Pile Name, Cut Volume, Fill Volume, SKU, notes, Density, Mass & Description. 

  7. Select the page size options and whether you would prefer a CSV spreadsheet or a PDF.

  8. Select Generate Report to download your report.
