Performing a Compass Calibration with the Mavic 3 Enterprise

This step must be done before every mission. It is not required after battery swaps at the same location, only after moving to another takeoff/landing zone. If the drone is too close to a metal object or magnetic interference, an additional calibration may be required. 

 

Step 1: While at the home screen of DJI Pilot, select “Enter Camera View”.

 

Step 2: While in the Camera View, select the three dots in the top right corner of the interface.

 

Step 3: Make sure the Drone Tab is selected and scroll down to “Sensor Status”. Select this setting.

 

 

Step 4: Choose the right side “Compass” button and press the blue text that says: “Calibrate Compass”

 

 

Step 5: Follow the on-screen prompts to successfully calibrate your drone’s compass
