Importing a KML for Mission Planning with the Mavic 3 Enterprise

Step 1: Select the “Flight Route” button on the left hand side of the interface.

Step 2: Select “KMZ Import” on the right.

Step 3: Select the location of your external storage. This should be visible below the Internal Storage choice. In this example, the external storage is 3737-3735.

Step 4: Select the folder in which the KMZ is stored. It is wise to create a folder on your microSD that contains all of your saved mission boundaries. In this example, the folder is named “KMZ”

Step 5: Your uploaded KMZ mission will be displayed in your Library. Select the mission to enter the mission planning interface.

Step 6: From the mission planning interface, you can now rename the mission and adjust the settings. Select the blue text under “Mapping” to rename your mission.

Step 7: If you would like to delete the uploaded KMZ mission, navigate back to your library and press the blue “Select” text in the top right hand of the interface.

Step 8: From here, select the mission you wish to delete and press the trashcan icon at the bottom of the interface. You can also choose to Export the mission if you made any changes to the polygon during the mission planning phase. This will also save any parameters selected during mission planning.

Step 9: A warning will pop up asking if you are sure you would like to delete your mission. Select DELETE if you wish to remove the mission.
