Contacting Support is easy:

  1. Email support@firmatek.com - Include your name, phone number, company, site, and the issue you are experiencing. Including photos of the issue is always helpful.

  2. A Firmatek team member familiar with your account will contact you.

  3. Small requests are handled via email and over the phone. More complex issues may be resolved via video conference.
