Problem

Firmatek Cloud is not loading properly or the website is blank.

Solution

If Firmatek Cloud isn’t loading properly check these things:

  1. Check that you are using a compatible browser.

  2. Disable any browser extensions or add-ons that may modify or interfere with a site setting or elements. Alternatively, you can whitelist https://cloud.firmatek.com in those extensions and add-ons.

  3. Send an email to support@firmatek.com. Please include the following details:

    1. Which link is not working for you?

    2. What is not working?

    3. Which browser and version you are using

    4. Have you tried another browser? If so, which one?

Browser related issues are the most common. But reach out to our support team if this doesn’t solve your problem.
