Troubleshooting User Roles & User Permissions

Problem

I can’t view the sites or make the changes to my sites that I think I should be able to do.

Solution

If you don’t have the access you need and that is approved by your company, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@firmatek.com

  2. Include the following information:

    1. Company

    2. Email Address

    3. What changes need to be made (i.e. please add me to MegaRocks - Site ABC)

    4. The person authorizing the change (this can be you)

    5. Email and phone number of the person authorizing the change

  3. Firmatek will make the changes and give the appropriate access.
