When Firmatek Cloud Notifications are Sent

When am I supposed to get a notification?

Customer users will get notifications when the following events occur:

  • Drone Photos Uploaded: Drone photos have been uploaded by you or somebody else at the location/site.

  • Stockpile Markup Required: Sent any time that a Firmatek Drone Solutions customer has uploaded drone photos, requested a stockpile volume report, and the orthophoto is ready for them to markup.

  • Stockpile Markup Completed: Sent any time that a Firmatek Drone Solutions customer has completed markup.  This is mostly to let other users at the site know it has been completed.

  • New deliverable posted and ready to view.

Users will receive all notifications relevant to all sites for which they have access.
