Email Notification Troubleshooting

Problem

I’m not receiving my email notifications.

Solution

  1. Firmatek Cloud emails could be ending up in your spam or junk folder. Check those folders and whitelist no-reply@firmatek.com.

  2. If you are receiving some, but not all Firmatek Cloud emails, ask your IT department to whitelist no-reply@firmatek.com and request that they add the firmatek.com domain to your internal email security system.

  3. Give your IT team some help and send them the following to whitelist:

    • Domains:

      • *.firmatek.com

      • *.amazonses.com

    • From email: no-reply@firmatek.com

    • Server name:

    • Email IP ranges to whitelist:

      • ip4:199.255.192.0/22

      • ip4:199.127.232.0/22

      • ip4:54.240.0.0/18

      • ip4:69.169.224.0/20

      • ip4:23.249.208.0/20

      • ip4:23.251.224.0/19

      • ip4:76.223.176.0/20

Whitelist Firmatek email addresses and domains to avoid missing notifications.
