If you have access to a site, there are 3 main ways you can find it. We will outline those below. If the reason you can’t find the site you’re looking for is because you don’t have access, please request access by following the steps laid out here.

Instructions: Finding a Site Via Map Canvas

When you login to Firmatek Cloud, the map canvas will auto-zoom to show all of your sites.

  1. Use your mouse or the map controls to pan and zoom.

  2. As you hover the mouse over a site marker, you will see a popup with that site’s name and basic info.

  3. Click on the site marker to go to the Site Details View.

 

Click the site marker to view your site!

Instructions: Finding a Site via the Site List or Site Selector

  1. On the header, click on the Site Selector. You can find this just to the right of your company logo and name.

  2. This brings you to the Site List. Here you will see a list of all the Sites for which you have access.

  3. Click on the site you want to view.

 

Click the Site Selector to view your site!

  1. Click on the Search bar in the header.

  2. This brings you to the search panel. Type the name of the site you want to find.

  3. Click on any site result to go to the Site Detail View.

 

Just type the site into the Search bar to view your site!
